Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Inzpira Academy by Inzpira Edu Solutions Private Limited and all online portals, websites, and platforms operated by Inzpira Academy, including www.inzpira.academy.


Courses Hosted and Delivered by Inzpira Academy

  • Pre-Recorded Courses: Refunds will be provided if a request is submitted within 48 hours of purchase and no more than two videos/lessons have been accessed by the Student, with no video materials downloaded. For refund requests, please contact us at [email protected].
  • Live Courses: Refunds are available if the request is made within two sessions, before the commencement of the third session, or within ten days from the date of admission, whichever is earlier.
  • Webinars: Webinars are non-refundable.


Courses Hosted by Individual Tutors

  • As Determined by Tutors: Individual tutors set their own refund policies. Students should refer to the tutor’s specific refund terms.
  • Live Courses: Refunds for live courses hosted by individual tutors require approval from the tutor. Inzpira Academy will override the tutor’s refund policy if the promised service was not delivered or if the tutor was absent.
  • Pre-Recorded Courses: Approval from the tutor is required for refunds. Inzpira Academy may override and grant a refund if the tutor fails to approve the request within 48 hours of purchase, provided no more than two videos/lessons have been accessed.
  • Live Webinars: Refund policies for webinars hosted by individual tutors are determined by the tutor.


Cancellation of Booked Sessions for Live Online Courses

For live online sessions, students may cancel a booked session. However, cancellation and refund terms for these sessions will be determined by the individual tutor. Please review the tutor’s specific cancellation policy before booking, as cancellation fees or refund eligibility may vary.

Refund Processing Time

All approved refund requests will be processed within 48 hours of approval and refunded to the original payment method.

Third-Party Services

For any third-party services offered through Inzpira Academy, the services are rendered by the third party, and Inzpira Academy has no control over those services. This Policy does not apply to practices or services provided by third-party service providers. Please review the privacy and refund policies of third-party websites carefully.
